Job summary

Leidos is seeking a Senior Analyst to support the Joint Staff J6 JAD assessments at the Suffolk, VA site. This role leads operational tests and capability assessments, utilizing data-centric methods to inform decisions and recommendations.

Responsibilities include managing assessment projects, coordinating with stakeholders, and applying analytical techniques to CJADC2 interoperability and C5ISR domains. U.S. citizenship and active clearance are required.

Qualifications

• Active Secret clearance or ability to obtain Top Secret clearance.
• Experience with C5ISR and CJADC2 interoperability for global force integration.
• Ability to conduct and present complex analyses and provide actionable recommendations.
• Strong writing and presentation skills at collegiate level.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and in-depth expertise in research, design and reporting of assessments.
• Conduct and adapt operational, statistical methods to analyze problems and advise on solutions.
• Plan and coordinate assessment objectives and deliver comprehensive project plans.
• Direct analysis efforts and document results in reports and briefings.
• Brief GS customer representatives and interact with Joint Staff entities to produce results.
• Proficient in MS Office and capable of producing written products and presentations.
