Job summary

PeopleTec, in Huntsville, AL, seeks a JADC2 Tactical Data Links Architect to lead design, development, integration, testing, fielding, and sustainment of Link 16, JREAP-C, and IBCS messaging within JADC2. You will interface with PMO and Chief Engineer, coordinate with external partners, and present findings to senior management.

10+ years in defense, engineering degree, U.S. citizenship with active DoD Secret clearance and ability to travel 25% are required.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant experience in defense or aerospace.
• Active DoD Secret clearance required to perform this work.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams within a government program.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership in TDL across the system lifecycle (design, development, acquisition, integration, testing, fielding, and sustainment).
• Specify and verify the implementation of Link 16, JREAP-C, and IBCS messaging standards within the C2 router.
• Ensure interoperability with joint air defense grids and allied interfaces.
• Interface with internal teams and external organizations to coordinate TDL objectives.
• Prepare and present TDL findings, reports, and improvement plans to senior management.
