Qualifications

• US Citizen with an active Secret clearance.
• Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of related experience or Master's with 6+ years.
• Extensive experience supporting military operational activities and targeting.
• Experience with JTT, MIDB, and service fire control systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication for executive briefings.

Responsibilities

• Lead ISR planning, execution, and training across ISR tasks.
• Develop detailed analytical reports and executive briefings.
• Conduct structured testing to validate ISR processes.
• Report progress to government leads with accuracy and timeliness.
• Integrate ISR capabilities into joint planning and targeting processes.
• Provide internal training to strengthen team proficiency.
• Assess operational impact and provide actionable recommendations.
