Job summary

Serco is seeking a Joint Force Learning and Adaptation Analyst to support the Joint Staff J-7 DDJTE and J-7 in advancing Joint Force learning, lessons learned, and operational adaptation. Fully on-site in Suffolk, VA, the role requires transforming complex data into executable insights for senior leaders.

The ideal candidate has TS clearance, strong analytical writing, executive briefing experience, and willingness to travel up to 25% for deployable analytic team missions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field.
• Active DoD TS clearance with eligibility for SCI access.
• U.S. Citizenship.
• Willingness to travel worldwide up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Analyze complex military operations, exercises, datasets, and documents to identify trends, root causes, and best practices.
• Translate analysis into concise, executive level notes and briefings for senior leaders.
• Evaluate Joint Force operations and capabilities to identify lessons and opportunities for operational adaptation.
• Deploy with DATs to observe, interview, collect data, and report for JLAC.
• Leverage AI, large language models, knowledge tools, and JLLIS to extract actionable insights.
• Integrate observations and analyses to support Joint Warfighting Concept implementation and continuous improvement.
