CommonSpirit Health is seeking an Operations Analyst to provide analytic support for performance improvement and labor productivity management across the organization. You will help develop labor standards, create data reports, and educate hospital leaders on productivity solutions.

You will contribute to standardization, share best practices, and support deployment of benchmarking tools across the system. This role supports regions’ labor management performance and overall operations

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or Management Engineering.
• At least 5 years in financial management or healthcare.
• Experience in healthcare productivity management and benchmarking data.
• Experience with productivity solutions such as Premier Productivity Solution or Kronos.
• Experience with API integration and Kronos Time and Attendance.

• Leads, develops, and provides comprehensive system support for benchmarking and labor productivity.
• Develops organizational standardization, data integrity and optimal use of productivity and benchmarking solutions.
• Identifies and shares best practices in labor productivity and benchmarking across the system.
• Provides analytic support and training of benchmarking and productivity systems and reports.
• Analyzes Regions’ labor management performance to enhance operations improvement.
• Performs other duties as required by OPG leadership.
