Job summary

CommonSpirit Health is seeking an Operations Analyst to provide analytic support for performance improvement and labor productivity across the organization. This role develops labor standards, produces data reports, and trains hospital leaders in productivity solutions.

You will lead system support for benchmarking, ensure data integrity, and share best practices across the network. The position emphasizes analytics, education, and performance evaluation within the OPG framework.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or Management Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in financial management or healthcare.
• Experience in healthcare productivity management and benchmarking.
• Experience with benchmarking data in clinical/non-clinical areas or hospitals.
• Experience with API or Premier Productivity Solution or comparable tool.
• Experience with API Kronos Time and Attendance.

Responsibilities

• Leads and develops system support for benchmarking and labor productivity as part of the OPG.
• Supports development of organizational standardization and data integrity for productivity solutions.
• Shares best practices for labor productivity and benchmarking and coordinates deployment across the system.
• Provides analytics support and training for benchmarking systems and reports to ensure excellent service.
• Evaluates Regions’ labor management performance to improve operations and performance management.
• Performs other duties as required by OPG leadership.
