Methodist Health System in Dallas seeks a Labor & Productivity Analyst to develop automated reporting, executive dashboards, and cost analyses to support staffing, labor management, and budgeting decisions.

You will partner with Finance and Operations, act as the SME for labor productivity reporting, and help drive efficiency with timely, actionable insights across the organization.

Requires a strong foundation in analytics and advanced Excel; experience with Python/SQL and BI tools is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, healthcare administration, business analytics, accounting, information systems, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in healthcare finance, labor management, decision support, or analytics.
• Advanced Excel with VBA macros and experience building automation and dashboards.
