Methodist Health System in Dallas seeks an Analyst to develop automated reporting solutions and executive dashboards, perform complex analyses of staffing, labor management, and budgeting, and partner with Finance and Operations to identify efficiency opportunities.

This role ensures timely, accurate labor productivity reporting to support decision‑making at every level, with typical hours 8am–5pm, Monday–Friday. Bachelor’s degree and 2–5 years of healthcare analytics experience preferred.

Competenze

Bachelor’s degree in finance, Healthcare Administration, Business Analytics, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field.
2–5 years of experience in healthcare finance, labor management, decision support, or analytics.
Advanced Excel skills, including VBA Macros.
Experience with analytics automation: Develop and maintain automated processes using Python, SQL, Power Query, Power BI, Tableau or other technologies to streamline data collection, analysis, reporting, and dashboard development.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities.

The Analyst functions as the subject matter expert for labor productivity reporting ensuring accurate, timely, and actionable information is available to support organizational decision-making at every level.
