Job summary

Wellstar Health System, Inc. is seeking a Director of Labor Management and Productivity to lead performance management, productivity benchmarking, and reporting across the health system.

You will develop staffing standards, drive improvement initiatives, and provide analytical support to executives and department leaders. You will design and deliver training materials, manage budgeting processes, and coordinate improvement projects to enhance care quality and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Industrial Engineering or related field is required.
• Master's degree is preferred.
• Minimum 8 years of labor management or related experience is required.
• Strong analytical and communication skills with advanced computer/database proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain labor standards to determine staffing needs.
• Support productivity improvement efforts across departments.
• Perform labor variance analyses with leaders to meet productivity goals.
• Develop training materials for productivity management and budgeting processes.
• Create executive summaries and reporting from large datasets.
