Job summary

Smart Circle International seeks a Lead Analyst to translate complex data into actionable insights, forecasts, and financial models that drive growth for client accounts. You will own executive-level performance analysis, stress-test forecasting, and collaborate with business owners to close gaps and maximize profitability.

The role requires 5+ years in analytics/FP&A, expert Excel, and Tableau. Build dashboards, present to senior leadership, and partner with sales leaders on growth

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in analytics, financial analysis, FP&A, or related commercial role.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field.
• Expert-level Excel skills with strong financial modeling and reporting experience.
• Strong data visualization experience, including dashboards in BI tools; Tableau preferred.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen - understands drivers of sales, profitability and compensation strategy.
• Clear communication to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own performance analysis, forecasting, and commercial reporting for assigned clients and sales organizations.
• Lead performance discussions and present recommendations to senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Build and maintain financial models, pro forma P&Ls, incentive structures, and scenario analyses.
• Partner with sales leaders and business owners to improve performance and identify growth opportunities.
• Develop executive-level reporting and KPI dashboards in Excel and Tableau.
• Validate reporting accuracy and financial assumptions, surfacing trends, gaps, and risks early.
