Job summary

Growth Operators seeks a Senior FP&A Analyst/Finance Manager to drive client engagements, build forecasting models, and deliver high-quality financial analysis. You’ll develop reporting packages, consolidate data, and support budgeting and analytics for multiple clients.

Onsite and remote work options with strong compensation and growth opportunities. The role requires 6+ years of experience, GAAP knowledge, advanced Excel skills, and experience with planning tools and data visualization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 6+ years of progressive finance experience.
• Proven knowledge of financial forecasting and diagnosis, corporate finance, and information analysis.
• Strong analytical and data gathering skills.
• Experience with planning and analytics software (Essbase, SAP BPC, Workday Adaptive Planning, Board, Anaplan, Cube Software, etc.).
• Experience with data visualization platforms (PowerBI, Tableau, Sisense, etc.).
• Must be able to spend substantial time in the Greater Minneapolis-St. Paul, MN area for onsite client work as needed.

Responsibilities

• Builds complex financial models for forecasting and measuring financial performance.
• Builds financial reporting packages using various software packages for clients.
• Assembles and summarizes data to structure reports on financial status and risks.
• Assists with improving the client’s budgeting, planning, forecasting, analytics, and reporting capabilities.
• Reviews past and current financial performance against budgeted estimates and develops models that explain financial impact of decisions.
• Assembles data from multiple client systems and maintains master data (COA, location hierarchies).
