Qualifications

• Law degree preferred with focus on corporate, securities or tax law.
• 7+ years of relevant experience in finance, risk, legal or compliance.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Analytical and problem solving capabilities.
• Ability to influence and collaborate across teams.

Responsibilities

• Support legal counsel and Board activities with accurate documentation.
• Coordinate and prepare board materials and meeting minutes.
• Ensure governance records and registrations are up to date.
• Assist in internal audits and regulatory compliance processes.
