Qualifications

• 3+ years experience with business management disciplines including financial management, governance, and organizational routines.
• 2+ years experience in a risk- and control-focused environment with partner collaboration.
• Strong executive presence and ability to prep senior leaders for meetings and decisions.
• Ability to translate complex business/risk information into clear messages and actions.

Responsibilities

• Ensure executives are well prepared for key meetings with relevant materials and context.
• Develop executive-ready presentations and updates that convey risk and business status clearly.
• Partner with GCOR and other risk/control teams on coordination, review, and escalation.
• Research complex matters, identify themes, and generate insights and recommendations.
• Coordinate risk and governance routines, strategic objectives, and leadership priorities.
• Support control-related activities including issues management, audits, policy reviews, and vendor management.
• Build relationships across the organization to influence outcomes and move work forward.
• Lead or coordinate cross-functional working groups and projects supporting priorities.
• Lead organizational routines such as staff meetings, town halls, and engagement activities.
• Support financial management, personnel processes, and organizational reporting.
