Qualifications

• 1–3 years in compliance testing, internal/external audit, or risk management in global banking.
• 1–3 years' budgeting, annual planning and project management experience.
• General knowledge of testing processes and methodologies.
• Strong organizational and time management skills; effective communication.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with GBMT Compliance Testing teams to share best practices and implement new trends.
• Support remaining Remediation Testing activities across GBMT Compliance Testing.
• Coordinate GBM&T Compliance Testing Annual Plan and report key messages to stakeholders.
• Perform the operational risk self-assessment of GBM&T Compliance Testing.
• Develop and track the Compliance Testing budget with management.
