Job summary

PGIM is seeking a Product Support Analyst to join the Global Wealth Fixed Income Product Support team. You will develop marketing materials, maintain product content, and analyze market data to support business development across PGIM's Global Wealth platform.

You'll translate complex fixed income insights into clear client-focused content, collaborating with investment, product, sales, marketing, and compliance teams to strengthen PGIM's market position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Experience in asset management, investment management, fixed income, mutual funds, product marketing, or a related field.
• Understanding of financial markets, investment products, and fixed income concepts.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex information.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Series 7 licenses or willingness to obtain required licensing after hire.

Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance fund presentations, pitchbooks, sales ideas, and other marketing materials that support business development and client engagement efforts.
• Manage and maintain product content, including fund information, portfolio manager biographies, website materials, and other client-facing resources to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Gather and analyze market, portfolio, and competitive data to support product positioning, marketing recommendations, and strategic decision-making.
• Partner across teams to create compelling presentation materials and content that support sales meetings, client conversations, and broader business development initiatives.
• Monitor industry trends, market developments, and competitor activity, identifying insights that can inform product messaging and marketing strategy.
• Support strategic projects and special initiatives that help drive product awareness, improve content effectiveness, and support business growth.
