Job summary

This role offers a hybrid schedule with three days in the Newark office, exposure to fixed income, and opportunities to advance in a global asset management setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics with minimum 3.0 GPA.
• Strong analytical, leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in MS Office; strong written and verbal communication.
• Familiar with AI tools such as Claude Financial or Copilot to accelerate research.

Responsibilities

• Conduct fundamental investment analysis on loan and bond structures.
• Collaborate with Senior Analyst to evaluate issuer trends and relative value.
• Communicate investment recommendations to Portfolio Managers.
• Interact with issuing company management, industry participants & consultants.
• Support portfolio construction with credit research across Fixed Income.
• Work in a hybrid Newark, NJ office 3 days a week.
