PGIM Investment Operations in Newark, NJ is seeking an Analyst for Global Fixed Income to provide middle-office support across the trade lifecycle and to collaborate with custodians, brokers, and internal teams. The role blends analytical rigor with hands-on operational execution in a hybrid work setting.

You’ll monitor trade status, assist with confirmations and settlements, analyze risk and process improvements, and contribute to control-driven operations across U.S.

Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years of middle-office operations or trade support experience preferred.
• Experience with trade confirmations and settlements strongly preferred.
• Working knowledge of global markets and end-to-end trade lifecycle.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; macros a plus.
• Strong communication and collaborative skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily operational and technical support for Global Confirmations and Settlements.
• Facilitate trade flow by ensuring transactions are matched, confirmed, and settled.
• Monitor trade-status reporting and resolve discrepancies with partners.
• Serve as liaison with custodian banks, broker-dealers, and market participants.
• Support settlement activity across U.S. and international depositories.
• Identify and escalate issues impacting operations; drive improvements.
• Analyze metrics to identify trends and control gaps; support process enhancements.
• Maintain policies and procedures; contribute to local projects and initiatives.
