The location for this position is remote in Canada

This is your chance to join our Development team, which plays a significant role in driving Hilton’s growth strategy through expanding our hotel portfolio. As a Senior Analyst for Development Canada, reporting to the VP Managing Director of Development Northeast & Canada, you will collaborate with owners and investors to grow our managed and franchised hotel estate.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

Your role is vital, and below are some of your key responsibilities:

• Daily Tasks: Identify and evaluate business opportunities for brand expansion; conduct analysis, research, and prepare reports and visual presentations.
• Collaboration: Work effectively with support functions to streamline development processes; organize meetings with external partners to enhance Hilton’s market position.
• Project Ownership: Prepare analytics related to growth and pace; utilize Business Intelligence tools to assess markets, opportunities, and restrictions.

WHY YOU'LL BE A GREAT FIT

Minimum qualifications:

• Two (2) years of experience in analytics or hospitality consulting
• High proficiency with PowerPoint and Excel
• Travel flexibility up to 30%

Preferred qualifications:

• BA/BS/Bachelor’s Degree or MS/MA/Master’s Degree
• Proficiency in MicroStrategy, Salesforce, STR, CoStar, or ArcGIS
• A strong understanding and passion for the hotel industry
