***The location for this position is remote in Canada***

This is your chance to join our Development team, which plays a significant role in driving Hilton’s growth strategy through the addition of new hotels to our expanding portfolio. As a Senior Analyst for Development Canada, reporting to the VP Managing Director of Development Northeast & Canada, you will collaborate with owners and investors to grow our managed and franchised hotel estate.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

What your day-to-day will be like:

• Identify and evaluate business opportunities for brand expansion and communicate strategies effectively
• Conduct analysis, research, and prepare reports and visual presentations

How you will collaborate with others:

• Work effectively with support functions to streamline the development process
• Organize meetings with external partners to enhance Hilton’s market positioning

What projects you will take ownership of:

• Prepare and circulate analytics related to growth and pace
• Use Business Intelligence tools to assess markets, opportunities, and development restrictions

WHY YOU'LL BE A GREAT FIT

You have these minimum qualifications:

• Two (2) years of experience in analytics or hospitality consulting
• Proficiency with PowerPoint and Excel
• Ability to travel up to 30%

It would be useful if you have:

• BA/BS/Bachelor’s Degree or MS/MA/Master’s Degree
• Proficiency in tools such as MicroStrategy, Salesforce, STR, CoStar, or ArcGIS
• A passion for the hotel industry and a solid understanding of it
