***The location for this position is remote in Canada***

This is your chance to join our Development team, which plays a vital role in Hilton’s growth strategy by adding new hotels to our expanding portfolio. As a Senior Analyst for Development Canada, reporting to the VP Managing Director of Development Northeast & Canada, you will collaborate with owners and investors to grow our managed and franchised hotel estate.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

Your role is crucial, and here are some of your key responsibilities:

• Identify and evaluate business opportunities for brand expansion and communicate strategies effectively.
• Conduct analysis, research, and prepare reports and visual presentations.

How you will collaborate with others:

• Work effectively with support functions to streamline the Development process.
• Organize meetings with external partners to enhance Hilton’s market positioning.

Projects you will own:

• Prepare and circulate analytics related to growth and development pace.
• Utilize Business Intelligence tools to assess markets, opportunities, and development restrictions.

WHY YOU'LL BE A GREAT FIT

You have these minimum qualifications:

• Two (2) years of experience in analytics or hospitality consulting
• High proficiency with PowerPoint and Excel
• Ability to travel up to 30%

It would be beneficial if you have:

• BA/BS or MS/MA degree
• Proficiency in tools like MicroStrategy, Salesforce, STR, CoStar, or ArcGIS
• A strong understanding and passion for the hotel industry
