Job summary

Liberty Mutual Insurance is seeking a senior analyst for the Cross-USRM Analytics and Enablement team. You will blend operational data and customer survey data to uncover drivers of retention and present insights to senior leaders for action.

The role focuses on retention and customer research with strong analytical and technical requirements, including SQL, Snowflake, Python, and Cortex. This position may require in-office work within 50 miles of certain locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field with 3+ years of experience.
• Advanced knowledge of data sources, tools, statistics, and methodologies.
• Strong planning, analytical, decision-making and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Performs complex analysis within Snowflake/SAS with strategic impact on business operations and/or functional groups.
• Utilizes quantitative and qualitative data within the Customer Research space to drive insights and uncover customer pain points.
• Synthesizes data from internal and external sources to produce meaningful observations and recommendations.
• Present findings and recommendations and leads discussions with senior leadership at the functional or department level.
• Works with non-traditional data sources across departments.
• Provides advanced operational consulting support and improves reporting as necessary.
