Liberty Mutual Insurance is seeking a Senior Analyst for the Cross-USRM Analytics and Enablement team. You will merge operational and customer survey data to uncover drivers of retention and present actionable insights to senior leaders.

The role emphasizes turning messy data into clear answers to inform how we serve customers. The ideal candidate has strong analytical and technical skills, experience with diverse data sources, and excellent communication for cross-functional audiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree plus 3+ years of experience, or equivalent, is required.
• Quantitative field preferred (Math, Economics, Statistics).
• Advanced knowledge of data sources, tools, statistical principles and methodologies.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel (VBA, macros, scripts, formulas, data visualization) and PowerPoint; experience with SAS/Emblem.

Responsabilités

• Performs complex analysis within Snowflake/SAS with strategic impact on operations.
• Utilizes quantitative and qualitative data to drive insights and uncover customer pain points.
• Synthesizes data from internal and external sources to produce meaningful observations and recommendations.
• Presents findings to senior leadership and leads discussions at the department level.
• Works with non-traditional data sources across departments.
• Provides advanced operational consulting support and improves reporting as necessary.
