S&P Global Ratings is seeking a Senior Analyst to lead independent credit analyses for an assigned corporate portfolio, synthesizing financial and market data into committee-ready opinions. You will integrate AI-enabled tools with analytical expertise to improve productivity and consistency across the credit process for investors and issuers worldwide.

You will coach junior staff, develop scalable methods, and collaborate with Data and Engineering to embed AI responsibly.

Qualifikationen

• 3–5 years of relevant credit analysis experience
• Ability to connect drivers to forward-looking risk views and actionable opinions
• Experience embedding AI tools, LLMs, or automation into analytical workflows
• Proficiency with analytical tools and willingness to learn data platforms that support AI-enabled workflows
• Strong written and verbal communication with concise narratives for stakeholders
• High standards for quality, traceability, and governance in AI use
• Ability to manage multiple credits with limited oversight

• Coach Research Assistants and Rating Analysts, building capability in credit analysis and data discipline
• Codify standard work and promote shared analytical practices
• Develop reusable AI assets and lightweight automations to free analyst time
• Collaborate with Data and Engineering to design AI/use cases with governance
• Lead end-to-end execution for assigned credits with timely delivery
• Embed AI in workflows with validated, reliable conclusions
• Prepare outputs with model inputs, metrics, and assumptions
• Engage with external parties with clear, credible narratives
• Manage risk and protect data confidentiality and governance
