Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in credit or equity research, banking, risk management, underwriting, or related analytical field.
• Ability to analyze financial statements and conduct fundamental credit analysis of financial institutions
• Understanding of fixed income and debt capital markets and their application to credit analysis or research
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint for financial analysis and reporting
• English: Fluent (able to conduct meetings, collaborate effectively, and communicate clearly)

Responsabilités

• Lead the full credit ratings process for assigned financial institutions — including quantitative analysis, issuer engagement, committee preparation, and rating publication.
• Manage ongoing surveillance for an assigned portfolio, conducting fundamental credit analysis and identifying developments impacting creditworthiness.
• Conduct detailed research on industry topics, including capital frameworks, operational risk, and liquidity risk.
• Analyze complex or less clearly defined credit issues, applying sound analytical judgment and data to identify approaches and recommendations.
• Engage with issuers and internal partners to gather information and support high-quality credit analysis.
• Share knowledge and provide guidance to junior colleagues.
