Job summary

Waters is a global leader in life sciences, delivering analytical technologies and services. The Senior Analyst, Commercial Operations & Analytics will enable the US commercial team to meet strategic objectives through forecasting, budgeting, dashboards, and KPI tracking.

The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration across sales and marketing, with proficiency in SAP, Salesforce, and Power BI, and a willingness to travel up to 10%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years in analytical role supporting commercial operations (marketing and sales).
• Excellent analytical capabilities in Excel, Access, or SAS with strong business acumen.
• 10% travel required.

Responsibilities

• Support demand forecasting and revenue projections – AOP, annual budgeting, quarterly projections and monthly sales performance analysis.
• Support development of annual market models and update as necessary throughout the year.
• Produce periodic dashboards tracking leading and lagging indicators for regional and global KDG management.
• Provide SKU-level master data for distributor and sales team requests.
• Ensure data quality and implement cleansing processes for timely, complete data models.
• Automate tools to visualize trends relative to analytics function.
• Support channel management analyses including ROI and program impact.
• Provide actionable insights on customer buying trends across GPOs, NRLs and alternate sites.
• Respond to Ad-hoc reporting needs for marketing and sales.
