Ladders is seeking a Senior Analyst, Client Insights to join our information technology team as a key analytical partner across sales, merchant success, and client-facing groups. You will turn data into actionable business insights, help shape renewal conversations, and support merchant reporting needs in a fast-moving environment.

This remote role offers exposure to product analytics, ROI analysis, and direct collaboration with large consumer brands, with a focus on driving product performance

Formación

• 4-7 years of experience in business analytics, business intelligence, or Technical Account Manager roles.
• Strong understanding of consumer brands and ecommerce metrics.
• Exceptional communication skills for conveying complex analyses.
• Experience in relevant brand verticals like Jewelry, Furniture, or Consumer Electronics.
• Proficient in SQL for querying large datasets.
• Familiarity with Snowflake and Tableau.
• Knowledge of AI applications for process improvement.

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Analyst, Client Insights to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space. This role will serve as a key analytical partner across sales, merchant success, and client-facing teams, turning data into actionable business insights. The analyst will help shape renewal conversations, support merchant reporting needs, and identify opportunities to improve product performance. This is a highly cross-functional role that blends client analytics, commercial support, and product insight in a fast-moving technology environment.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $124,000 – $145,000 annually
