We are seeking a Senior Data Scientist, Revenue & Risk Analytics for Ladders to turn data into actionable strategies that boost revenue and reduce risk. You will partner with Product, Engineering, and client-facing teams to shape experiments, influence roadmaps, and translate findings into measurable business outcomes.

This remote-first role requires strong modeling rigor and the ability to bring clarity to complex problems in a fast-moving environment.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years in product data science or consulting with a focus on strategic thinking and business impact.
• Strong statistical foundations in experimentation, causal inference, forecasting, and modeling.
• Experience collaborating with backend Product and Engineering teams on product roadmaps.
• Expertise in SQL, Python, A/B testing, and GitHub; familiarity with Snowflake and dbt.
• Intellectually curious with a holistic business perspective.
• Empathetic and collaborative, comfortable with ambiguity in a remote-first environment.
• Interest in AI tools to enhance workflow.
• Advanced degree in data science, analytics, economics, statistics, or a related field.

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Data Scientist, Revenue & Risk Analytics to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space. This role will focus on turning data into actionable strategies that improve revenue performance while reducing risk across the business. You will partner closely with Product, Engineering, and client-facing teams to shape experiments, influence roadmap decisions, and translate analytical findings into measurable business outcomes. The position also calls for strong modeling rigor and the ability to bring clarity to complex problems in a fast-moving, remote-first environment.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $125,000 – $145,000 annually
