Ladders is seeking a Senior Manager, Finance Analytics to join our remote finance team. This role will shape forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning for a fast-growing technology organization and partner with senior leadership to translate performance into actionable guidance.

You will lead forecasting methodology, annual budgeting, and KPI tracking, delivering insights to inform capital allocation and pricing decisions.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in FP&A, strategic finance, investment banking, consulting, or corporate development.

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Manager, Finance Analytics to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space.

This role will shape forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning for a fast-growing technology organization. You will partner closely with senior leadership to translate financial and operational performance into clear, actionable guidance. The position calls for a strong analytical leader who can improve decision-making, strengthen unit economics, and support strategic capital allocation.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $175,000 – $185,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Own the financial forecast methodology and ensure defensible outputs
• Lead the annual budgeting cycle and long-range financial planning
• Track KPIs and OKRs, diagnose variances, and deliver insights
• Serve as an analytical partner to senior leadership and communicate business performance regularly
• Transform reporting into actionable insights for decision-making
• Develop and maintain a unit-economics framework for pricing and investment decisions
• Evaluate strategic initiatives and support capital allocation decisions

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in FP&A, strategic finance, investment banking, consulting, or corporate development
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SQL and financial modeling; familiarity with dbt, Snowflake, Python, and BI tools is advantageous
• Experience synthesizing complex analyses into executive-level presentations, preferably in Insurtech, fintech, or financial services
• Demonstrated ability to manage or mentor senior analysts and elevate team performance
• Passion for leveraging AI tools to enhance efficiency and productivity
• Holistic business perspective, with the ability to balance cross-functional priorities and challenges
• Empathy, humility, and curiosity
