Qualifications

• 2+ years of analytics and process improvement experience, ideally in retail or merchandising.
• Advanced Excel skills with ability to query large data sets.
• Strong storytelling and presentation skills for leadership audiences.
• Experience with Power BI or similar analytics visualization tools is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deep-dive inventory productivity by category, location, and SKU to identify optimal product mix.
• Identify opportunities to redistribute space within and across categories to optimize assortment.
• Build post-review SKU-add analytics to quantify incrementality and cannibalization.
• Support cross-functional review models clarifying exit costs and new-item timing.
• Provide SKU-level sales forecasts to Inventory Planning to ensure fill rates and service levels.
• Create streamlined, repeatable processes and documentation for Business Reviews.
