Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering or other relevant discipline
• 3-5 Years Business Analyst Experience or related field
• Intermediate to Advanced SQL Skills
• Intermediate to Advanced Excel Skills
• Proven Communication and Presentation Skills
• Track Record of Analytics Projects
• Basic Programming Language Skills in Python or VBA

Responsibilities

• Analyze, mine, and use statistical methods to identify patterns from data regarding product assortment
• Develop reports and presentations leveraging data visualization tools to communicate findings and recommendations
• Communicate and work cross-functionally to identify business issues
• Measure and optimize the effectiveness of current assortment using established and innovative techniques
• Develop partnerships with management and participate in weekly category meetings
• Stay updated on developments in big data and analytics
• Support ad hoc analytics as requested
