Job summary

Fortive is seeking an HR Systems Architect to lead the design of its HR technology landscape, spanning Oracle HCM Cloud, Boomi, ServiceNow HRSD, Eightfold, and LMS platforms. You will drive API-first integration patterns, data governance, and enterprise security across global HR operations.

The role emphasizes delivering AI-powered HR solutions, encoding governance, and mentoring integration engineers to ensure scalable, future-ready systems aligned with Fortive’s strategic goals.

Qualifications

• 10–12 years of progressive experience in HR technology and enterprise systems architecture.
• Must be available to work full U.S. Eastern Time (EST) hours each day.
• Deep expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud, including integrations, HCM Extracts, Security, and configuration across at least three modules.
• Proven experience with Boomi or similar enterprise integration platform (Dell Boomi preferred).
• Strong understanding of integration patterns: REST/SOAP, event-driven, and data transformation.
• Experience delivering AI/ML and automation solutions within HR systems.
• Experience with ServiceNow HRSD, including case management and AI-driven workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end architectural design of Fortive’s HR tech landscape.
• Develop architectural blueprints, data flow diagrams, and modernization roadmaps.
• Lead integration strategy toward API-first services across HR systems.
• Define and implement AI capabilities within HR platforms and workflows.
• Supervise integration developers through full lifecycle and governance.
