Job summary

Texas Capital Bank is seeking a Senior Finance Analytics Developer in Richardson, TX. You will own analytics that influence Finance strategy, translate business needs into insights, and build AI-powered analytics workflows.

You will write production-grade SQL and Python, build dashboards in Power BI or Looker, and collaborate across Finance and data teams to ensure data quality and actionable insights for FP&A and liquidity management.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of hands-on analytics or data science experience.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python with production-quality code.
• Experience with dimensional modeling and cloud data warehouses; Snowflake is a plus.
• Hands-on experience building dashboards in BI tools (Power BI, Sigma, Looker).
• Able to communicate technical work to non-technical audiences.
• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field required.

Responsibilities

• Own analytics that influence Finance strategy and partner with leaders.
• Translate business needs into insights and AI-powered analytics workflows.
• Write clean SQL and Python; design and deploy analytics products for FP&A and liquidity.
• Build dashboards and data apps used by Finance teams and leadership.
• Validate data quality with data governance to resolve issues.
• Collaborate on AI integration and participate in code reviews.
