Job summary

Beyond Gravity, with a global footprint and a focus on aerospace structures, seeks a senior leader to own the analysis discipline across programs. You will guide advanced FEA methods, set standards, and drive cross-functional collaboration to assure design integrity and predictive insight.

Responsibilities include defining modeling approaches, governing analysis methodologies, and mentoring engineers while engaging with external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• BS or MS in Aerospace, Mechanical, or related engineering.
• 15+ years of analysis experience, including 10+ in aerospace.
• Expert-level proficiency in FEA tools.
• Ability to define, review, and approve stress analysis methodologies.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Experience governance and competence development.

Responsibilities

• Owns analysis methodologies across programs.
• Defines CAE workflows and ensures consistency.
• Leads cross-disciplinary analysis strategies across programs.
• Mentors analysis engineers and drives knowledge sharing.
• Sets strategy for tool development and digitalization.
