Job summary

Beyond Gravity seeks a senior leader to own the analysis discipline across programs. You will set technical direction, develop analysis capabilities, and mentor engineers while influencing product strategy with deep analysis insights.

You will guide CAE workflows, review FE models, and drive governance, data strategies, and tooling modernization. A heavyweight aerospace background and strong leadership are required.

Qualifications

• BS or MS in Aerospace, Mechanical, or equivalent.
• 15+ years of analysis experience, including 10+ in aerospace.
• Expert-level proficiency in FEA tools.
• Demonstrated technical authority in FEA.
• Advanced knowledge in detailed stress analysis, test prediction and correlation and test plans definition.
• Demonstrated ability to define, review, and approve stress analysis methodologies.
• Experience in technical governance and competence development.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Define internal analysis methodologies and standards.
• Lead cross-disciplinary analysis strategies across programs.
• Define CAE workflows and review FE models and results.
• Define strategy for tool development and digitalization.
• Owns test-analysis integration across programs and establishes best practices for prediction and correlation.
• Leads root cause investigation and drives corrective and preventive actions.
• Develops strategies for data governance and digital continuity.
• Oversees discipline competencies and staff training.
• Set the course of product development with the product lead.
