Avicena in Sunnyvale, CA seeks a Senior/Principal Analog Mixed-Signal Design Engineer to own high-speed microLED transmitter driver circuits from spec to silicon signoff. You will collaborate with TX, optical device, and layout teams to deliver robust, scalable solutions.

Requirements include an MS in EE (or BS with equivalent) and 5+ years of analog/mixed-signal experience, with proven tape-out of high-speed drivers or SerDes, and proficiency in Cadence Virtuoso and Spectre.

Qualifications

• MS in Electrical Engineering or BS with equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of analog/mixed-signal design experience.
• Taped-out high-speed transmitter or driver circuits experience.
• Proficiency with Cadence Virtuoso and Spectre; post-layout verification.

Responsabilités

• Design and simulate high-speed microLED driver circuits including output drivers, pre-emphasis, DACs, and bias generation.
• Optimize dense driver arrays for matching and noise; collaborate with layout and digital teams.
• Develop calibration and trim circuits with the digital team; verify across PVT and Monte Carlo.
• Deliver behavioral models and drive verification signoff; support silicon bring-up.
