Job summary

Draper in Cambridge, MA seeks a Senior Analog/Mixed Signal ASIC Design Engineer to join the Silicon Architecture group. You will design and verify ICs from architectural concepts through to test and delivery, collaborating with Analog and Digital teams and taking chip-lead roles on projects.

The role emphasizes hands-on circuit design, system-level tradeoffs, and developing best practices while supporting national security missions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering required; Master's preferred.
• 5-7 years of experience with a bachelor's degree, or 3-5 years with a master's, or 0-2 years with a PhD in ASIC Hardware Engineering or related.
• Security clearance may be required for this position.

Responsibilities

• Create top level and circuit-level specifications.
• Develop conceptual circuit designs and review block designs.
• Design and simulate circuits at transistor level.
• Contribute to system-level design and optimization for performance, power, and cost.
• Lead multidisciplinary design teams and communicate effectively.
