Job summary

The Charles Stark Draper Laboratory, Inc. in Cambridge, MA is seeking a Senior Analog ASIC Validation Engineer to design, verify, test and validate analog and mixed-signal ASICs.

You will contribute across the product lifecycle from inception to silicon bring-up and work with cross-functional teams. The role requires strong IC design skills, experience with analog/mixed-signal ICs, and the ability to mentor engineers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field required; master's preferred.
• 5–7 years with bachelor’s, 3–5 years with master’s, or 0–2 years with PhD in ASIC hardware.
• Experience in analog, mixed-signal design and IC verification.

Responsibilities

• Design, verify, test and validate ASICs from concept to first silicon bring-up.
• Mentor junior engineers and collaborate with design to improve testability.
• Develop test plans and test solutions for high performance analog/mixed-signal ICs.
