Job summary

Broadcom in Irvine, CA is seeking an experienced analog layout designer to provide onsite support for advanced nodes, collaborating with a global layout and design team to deliver high-performance IPs.

You will work independently on block- and IP-level analog layouts, with 8+ years in analog or RF layout, floorplanning for SerDes, ADC/DAC and PLL, plus top-level integration and robust DRC/LVS/antenna debugging.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8+ years hands-on analog or RF layout experience.
• Experience with floorplanning and layout for analog modules (SerDes, ADC/DAC, PLL).
• Strong debugging skills for DRC/LVS/antenna errors and understanding of ESD and latch-up.

Responsibilities

• Designs block- and IP-level analog layouts and coordinates with circuit and layout teams.
• Addresses complex layout challenges for deep sub-micron processes.
• Supports onsite collaboration and top-level integration.
