Broadcom Inc. is seeking an Analog/RF Layout Engineer in Irvine, California to join a leading team of innovators.

You will translate complex schematics into high-quality physical layouts and partner with senior designers on critical projects. Candidates should have extensive experience with high-speed custom circuit layouts and familiarity with advanced EDA tools.

Compensation includes a competitive salary ranging from $109,700 to $175,500 annually, with various benefits and bonus eligibility.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience with high-speed analog and digital layouts.
• Deep familiarity with Cadence tools including Virtuoso and Calibre.
• Experience in advanced FinFET nodes and problem-solving capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Translate circuit schematics into DRC/LVS-clean layouts.
• Collaborate on floorplanning and power/ground architecture.
• Take ownership of custom top-level and IP blocks.

Skills

Layout of high-speed custom analog and digital circuits

Familiarity with Cadence Virtuoso tool suite

Problem-solving with layout fundamentals

Education

BS in Electrical Engineering (or related field) with 8+ years of experience

MS in Electrical Engineering (or related field) with 6+ years of experience
