Job summary

Renesas is seeking a senior analog design engineer to lead high-speed DDR I/O development. You will optimize interfaces with strong emphasis on signal integrity and deep collaboration with Verification, Test, and Digital teams.

The role requires 10–15 years in analog design, modern CAD tools proficiency, and excellent communication in English. Expect to contribute to best practices, mentoring, and documentation across Automotive, Industrial, and IoT projects.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years of analog circuit design experience.
• Experience in high-speed DDR I/O interface design (DDR5/DDR6).
• Proficiency with Cadence tool suite and circuit simulations.
• Excellent verbal and written English communications.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize high-speed DDR I/O interfaces with emphasis on signal integrity and noise immunity.
• Liaise between Analog Design, Verification, and Test teams.
• Analyze data from Si ATE/bench tests using Excel, MATLAB, or scripts to extract actionable insights.
• Collaborate with digital design, systems engineering, and other stakeholders for seamless integration.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers and shape design methodologies.
• Conduct simulations and testing to verify performance and reliability; implement corrective actions.
• Create thorough design documentation including specs, schematics, and reports.
