You will collaborate with global teams and drive layout, silicon validation, and reliability efforts. The candidate should have strong CMOS physics knowledge, hands‑on Cadence Virtuoso/Spectre experience, and excellent documentation skills.

Qualifications

• MS or PhD in Electrical Engineering (or B.S. with equivalent).
• CMOS device physics and analog circuit fundamentals.
• Hands-on experience with Cadence Virtuoso, Spectre, and standard circuit simulation tools.
• Knowledge of semiconductor process technologies and reliability considerations.
• Strong documentation and cross-functional communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Design, simulate, verify, and develop high-performance analog and mixed-signal ICs.
• Design and optimize precision references, op-amps, LDOs, oscillators, DAC/ADC support circuits, and power management analog blocks.
• Provide layout support and collaborate with layout engineers for robust analog layouts.
• Analyze silicon measurement results, lab evaluation, and drive design improvements.
• Support product qualification and reliability testing activities.
