• Knowledge of CMOS, FinFET, deep-submicron CMOS, and/or BCD technologies.
• Experience across the IC development lifecycle, including architecture, design, simulation, physical implementation, ASIC integration, and lab characterization.
• Experience working with cross-functional layout, digital, verification, and system engineering teams.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and circuit-performance evaluation skills.
• ATE or semiconductor test experience is highly relevant.
