The position emphasizes program management, collaboration with stakeholders, and expanding automation capabilities to improve efficiency and compliance across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• Experience in RPA, process improvement, or operational excellence initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of RPA tools and process mapping.
• Ability to analyze data and communicate insights to leadership.
• Experience working with Agile project environments.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and prioritize improvements.
• Collaborate with tech teams to translate requirements into automated solutions.
• Manage automation initiatives from intake to post-production support.
• Monitor bot performance and operational health to meet expectations.
• Analyze results, identify trends, and recommend enhancements.
• Facilitate alignment between business and technology on objectives and timelines.
• Develop and maintain process docs, inventories, and metrics.
• Perform root cause analysis and coordinate issue resolution.
• Support governance, risk, and compliance for automated processes.
• Drive continuous improvement by optimizing workflows.
