locations including Raleigh, NC, with responsibilities spanning process automation, program management, and regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate will drive RPA projects using Automation Anywhere, partner with business and tech teams, and oversee bot performance, governance, and continuous improvement to deliver measurable

Qualifications

• Experience supporting RPA, process improvement, business analysis, or operational excellence initiatives.
• Knowledge of RPA platforms such as Automation Anywhere and other related tools.
• Strong understanding of business process mapping, workflow analysis, and process optimization methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Identify, assess, and prioritize opportunities for process automation.
• Translate business requirements into automated solutions.
• Manage automation initiatives lifecycle from intake to post-production support.
• Monitor bot performance and health to ensure value delivery.
