Job summary

TSMC AZ is seeking an AMHS Principal Engineer to lead complex automated material handling systems projects. You will supervise installation, drive vendor coordination, and ensure safe, on-time delivery while aligning with ramp schedules. Strong communication and data-driven decision making are essential.

Responsibilities include cross-functional collaboration with engineering, operations, and manufacturing teams, plus managing risk and performance throughout AMHS deployments.

Qualifications

• Legally eligible to work in the United States.
• 5+ years in automated material handling, automation, or robotics.
• Proven leadership on large AMHS deployments and projects.

Responsibilities

• Oversee AMHS installation, integration, and ongoing maintenance.
• Lead a small team and coordinate vendor activities to meet timelines.
• Review technical docs and provide feedback to suppliers on improvements.
• Collaborate with manufacturing sites to sustain high-performance AMHS.
• Develop detailed project plans with timelines, milestones and costs.
