Job summary

TSMC Arizona is hiring an Intelligent AMHS Engineer to join our 5-nanometer fab in Phoenix, AZ. The role focuses on supervising vendor installations and sustaining AMHS systems, troubleshooting equipment issues, and guiding Field Service Engineers to resolve problems on the manufacturing floor.

You will lead continuous improvement initiatives, coordinate with suppliers and internal teams, and manage downtime recovery expectations while balancing multiple projects in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise vendor installation and sustainment of AMHS systems for ramp-up factories.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues, collect performance metrics, and analyze AMHS systems.
• Coordinate Field Service Engineers on the manufacturing floor to resolve issues and drive resolution.
• Lead continuous improvement projects with stakeholders and manage implementation and documentation.
• Communicate with factory on equipment downtime and recovery expectations.
• Review equipment specifications and provide feedback to suppliers for improvements.
• Respond quickly to changing priorities and manage overlapping deadlines.
• Manage and coordinate daily activities for AMHS Technicians to support production line.
