Job summary

Consertus is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale amenities building projects from preconstruction through closeout. You will drive performance across scope, schedule, budget, quality, safety, and client satisfaction while guiding internal teams, consultants, trade partners, and stakeholders.

The ideal candidate has a proven track record managing complex construction programs (amenities, mixed-use, hospitality) and will work

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or a related field.
• 10+ years of progressive construction project management experience.
• 5+ years successfully managing amenities, commercial, mixed-use, hospitality, recreation, or community facility projects.
• Experience managing projects exceeding $20M in value.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple amenities building projects throughout the full project lifecycle.
• Develop and manage project execution plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.
• Provide strategic leadership to project teams and stakeholders.
• Drive accountability across project stakeholders for successful outcomes.
• Manage client relationships and lead project meetings and executive updates.
