Job summary

Neal Communities is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead the planning, design, and construction of amenity projects from conception to completion. You will coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and municipalities to secure approvals and inspections, while developing budgets and schedules.

The role requires at least 5 years of PM experience in commercial construction or amenity projects, with strong knowledge of construction methods, contracts, and safety

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of project management experience in commercial construction, land development, or amenity projects.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, contracts, regulations, and safety standards.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects, complex budgets, and schedules.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, design, and construction of assigned amenity projects from conception to completion.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and municipalities to secure approvals, permits, and inspections.
• Develop and manage project budgets, monitor expenses, and ensure financial objectives are met.
• Prepare and maintain project schedules, allocate resources, and track milestones to ensure timely delivery.
• Manage and coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams, ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and contract requirements.
• Review and evaluate project proposals, change orders, and scope adjustments.
• Provide regular updates and reporting to stakeholders on project status, risks, and budget performance.
• Complete 3rd party inspection audits for turnover of completed facilities to operational and maintenance teams.
