We're working on a confidential search for an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. This role is ideal for someone who has successfully delivered complex amenities, mixed-use, hospitality, or community facility projects and enjoys leading teams, stakeholders, and clients from start to finish.

The position offers the opportunity to oversee high-visibility projects, manage budgets and schedules, and serve as the key point of contact across project teams while driving quality project outcomes.

Key Requirements:

• 10+ years of construction project management experience
• Experience managing projects valued at $20M+
• Background in amenities, commercial, mixed-use, hospitality, recreation, or community facility projects
• Strong experience with budgeting, scheduling, contracts, and risk management
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field
• PMP, CCM, LEED, or similar certificates are a plus
