This individual will oversee a program comprised of multiple projects, managing stakeholder relationships, and ensuring projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and aligned with strategic objectives.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• 15+ years of construction project/program management experience.
• Experience managing large-scale commercial construction projects and capital programs.
• Strong budgeting, scheduling, project controls, QA, and contract administration.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously.
• Excellent leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills.

Aufgaben

• Lead and manage multiple capital projects and programs from planning through closeout.
• Oversee project budgets, schedules, risks, and overall program performance.
• Coordinate architects, engineers, consultants, contractors, and client stakeholders.
• Ensure project objectives, milestones, and deliverables are achieved.
• Monitor program-wide performance and provide regular reporting to leadership.
• Manage procurement, contract administration, and change management activities.
• Identify and mitigate project risks while driving issue resolution.
• Facilitate project meetings and maintain effective communication across stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and quality standards.
• Support strategic planning and continuous improvement initiatives across the program portfolio.
